Wed 22nd February - Early Pregnancy -  for those between 12 and 22 weeks of pregnancy.  Cost £10

Wed 7th March - 2nd time around -  for those who are expecting a 2nd child.  Cost £20

Wed 21st March – Supporting your partner through labour – learn how to support your partner through labour with the use of positions, breathing, and relaxation techniques.  Cost £20

 Wed 28th March – Home birth and water birth – for those who are considering having their baby at home and / or using a birthing pool. Cost £20

Wed 18th April - Feeding Your Baby - with lactation consultant Sarah Oakley.  Cost £20 

Wed 2nd May – Bathing, changing, sleeping and soothing – how to take care of your baby’s basic needs in the first few weeks. Cost £20

Wed 16th May  - Coping with the intensity of labour – a look at the different options for coping with pain.  Cost £20

Wed 30th May – Induction and intervention in childbirth – why, how, and what then...  Cost £20

Wed 13th June – Caesarian birth – for first time parents and those looking at VBAC. Cost £20

Wed 27th June - Looking after yourselves  - Mum’s postnatal body, and changing family dynamics . Cost £20

Wed 11th July - Early Pregnancy -  for those between 12 and 22 weeks of pregnancy.  Cost £10
